SLAMpeg 1896: April Hunter vs Shantelle Taylor

After each wrestler implores the ref to make sure the other is clean, Shantelle shows she's ready to have a test of strength with April, as April busts out laughing. This show of confidence on both wrestler's parts is pretty much the tone of the match. Back and forth the two struggle, trying to prove superior… staying linked in a prolonged ToS, each going for pins and only getting 2 counts. It's not long before April takes control and literally shows Shantelle the ropes. Also the corners, the bottom of her boots, the business end of a Sleeper.

Not to be outdone, Shantelle responds by working April's back and gut and even locking in a Sleeper of her own. We see some more fight out of both competitors before this one's over, but ultimately it is nighty-night for one lady.
