The best way to keep Ivelisse from using her speed against you is to keep her grounded. Sofia succeeds in this early in the match, using multiple armdrags to send Ivelisse to the mat repeatedly, then locking her in armbars on the mat. Sofia sends Ivelisse into the corner, but misses the charge, and suddenly Ivelisse is in charge, delivering a leg sweep that sends Sofia face-first into the turnbuckles before stomping the proverbial mudhole in her. A Side Slam gets a 2 count for Ivelisse, who follows by repeatedly tossing Sofia across the ring by her head.

Every time Sofia tries to mount a comeback, Ivelisse stops her momentum in its tracks with Shoulderblocks, Snapmares, and running elbow strikes.
