SLAMpeg 3045: Gabi Castrovinci vs Ivelisse

Gabi is well aware of Ivelisse’s impressive reputation as a wrestler. It’s for that very reason that Gabi wants a match, convinced that a victory over Ivelisse would add to her own credibility. This is indeed true and Gabi could well score an impressive win over Ivelisse in this one-fall contest. However, her chances are immediately diminished when she utters the phrase that only leads to one outcome in the ring; “Don’t touch my hair, OK?”

In Ivelisse’s defense, she does just as Gabi asks… for a few seconds. After a couple of kicks to get the ball rolling, Ivelisse is in Gabi’s hair like Sweeney Todd in a leotard. From outright hairpulling to more innovative methods of hair torture, Ivelisse dominates her would-be challenger around the ring.

Even the ropes are brought into play on more than one occasion as Ivelisse ties up Gabi’s hair or uses them for extra leverage to really pour on the hairpulling pressure. For the final insult, Ivelisse puts Gabi out with a choke - a choke executed by her own hair! For Ivelisse, it’s another win in the ring. For Gabi, this is a lesson in what not to say before a match!
