SLAMpeg 4989: Ava Everett vs Rocky Radley

Rocky feigns intimidation of the “Ava-Taker” but Ava can’t return the favor having no idea what Rocky’s gimmick is. Rocky decides it’s much easier to show her than tell her and within moments Ava’s back is throbbing from numerous high impact moves with Everett bailing after a curbstomp into the buckle.

A brief comeback on the floor is brought to a halt by a hard impact on the apron only for Rocky to be thwarted by Ava’s annoying gimmick of not staying down for pins. A barrage of moves that make Rocky’s opening salvo look like a walk in the park including a Spinebuster and belly to belly have Ava’s back in even more distress but she continues to frustrate her opponent by sitting up. Rocky is beside herself when even a GTS can’t keep Ava down giving a desperate Everett her chance but she can’t capitalize fully. The close call clearly got Rocky’s attention shifting her point of attack and goal to a tap out. Rocky’s submission chain flows like raging river with Ava dragged by the current and overwhelmed by the rapids.

Can Ava’s resilience frustrate Rocky enough to give her another opening she can make the most of or will she finally rest in peace?
