SLAMpeg 1184: Jennifer Blake vs Rain

This is a 2 out of 3 Falls Submission Match.

After some initial chain wrestling, Rain starts working Jennifer's arm. Isolating a body part is sound strategy in a submission match, but when Blake blocks the Radiant One's attempt at a cross armbreaker and eventually locks in a Bow & Arrow variation, it's Rain who has to give up the first fall.

Jennifer nearly makes it a clean sweep when she pushes the advantage in the second fall. She drops Rain with an inverted Atomic Drop, then comes very close to making Rain tap out, this time with a single-leg Boston Crab and a modified Texas Cloverleaf. Rain rallies however, and finally gets a break when she manages to surprise Jennifer with the Raindrop reverse DDT. After that, a Dragon Sleeper/Camel Clutch combination leads to the tapout that evens the score at one apiece.

A third and deciding fall is necessary and both ladies come close to victory on several occasions. Figure Four Leglocks, Bearhugs, and Chickenwings don't get the job done. In the end, a painful Full Nelson finally forces one tired grappler to the point of submission.
