SLAMpeg 1514: Kimberly vs Marti Belle

A clue as to how this match might end can be gleaned from the fact that Marti brings a baseball bat into the ring. When opponent Kimberly questions her about it, Marti honks her horn some about having extracurricular interests and being talented in more than one sport. As it turns out Kimberly has some side interests too–playing French horn for band being one. It’s all innocent enough, right? Well, keep your eye on that bat.

Things start off legally enough. Holds are exchanged–Front Facelocks, armbars, leglocks. Kimberly squeezes off Marti’s oxygen supply with a chokehold and a tight Waistscissors-brutal moves that give her the upper hand for most of the match’s length. She clamps on a stomach claw, bends Marti back and forth with Boston Crabs and Camel Clutches. Kimberly suffers some leg punishment and gets her hair pulled aggressively for a brief instant, but it's Marti who suffers most intensely from beginning to end.

But don’t count Marti out--She brought a bat.
