SLAMpeg 3228: Allysin Kay vs Mia Yim

Powerhouses Allysin and Mia start this match off wary, having been on the receiving end of each other's wrestling talents in previous encounters. There are false starts, some verbal psyching out, some careful circling. Mia takes note of Allysin's knee brace, calling her a cripple. Turns out that brace is more of a weapon than anything else.

When they dive in, it's with a vengeance. Mia's taken down with a vicious armbar but springs right back up into an extended, back-and-forth test of strength. Allysin's strength advantage is rendered temporarily irrelevant once Mia switches out to a Figure Four Leglock, targeting the weak limb. She powers out, only for Mia to put her in a Boston Crab next.

It's not all Mia's show though as Allysin bullies her way back later with some backbreaking, limb-cracking submissions. One lady wins a hard-fought victory with a body-bending submission hold and declares herself "submission queen."
