SLAMpeg 5089: Malia Hosaka vs Su Yung

A title belt is in play as champion Malia looks to defend her belt against Su. You can see the hunger in Su’s eyes as she dives into the fight with veteran Malia. The pair exchange early armlocks before Su seizes control and targets Hosaka’s knees with repeated elbow drops, kicks to the hamstring, knee bars and anklelocks. Malia can do little other than twist and turn on the canvas until she finds herself trapped in a tight Boston Crab from the challenger.

Hosaka pounds the canvas in agony as Su delivers a trio of double inside legdrops before hauling Malia into a Camel Clutch. Su transitions between tortuous submission holds as she plants her shins in Malia’s back to hoists her into an overhead Bow & Arrow. The tenacious veteran refuses to submit, but her lights begin to dim in the clutches of Su’s Dragon Sleeper. The veteran doesn’t give in, but her desperation grows as her title reign is certainly in jeopardy.

Can Malia mount a comeback and defend her belt, or will the ambitious upstart secure a major win over the veteran?
